Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to the information you send us through this website.

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or any third-party scripts or fonts. Standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) are kept for security and to keep the site running.
What we collect through the forms
- Contact form: your name, e-mail address, company (if given), topic and message.
- Abuse form: your e-mail address, name and organisation (if given), the domains or URLs you report, your description and any evidence you include.
- For both forms, the IP address the message was sent from, so we can prevent spam and misuse.
Why we use it
- To answer your message and, for abuse reports, to investigate and stop the abuse you report.
- To protect our services and the people who use them, and to keep a record of how reports were handled.
We process this information on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and keeping the services we provide free of abuse, and where needed to meet legal obligations.
Who sees it
Only our own team. When an abuse report concerns a service run by one of our clients, we may share the content of the report with that client so they can fix the problem. We do not share your contact details with them unless that is needed and you agree. We may share information with authorities when the law requires it. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and reports for as long as we need them to handle the matter and to keep a record of it, and then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Send your request through the contact form. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority - in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
